Adams Seal Adams North Barre (“Adams Granite”) guarantees that this monument was manufactured using the highest quality granite available at the time in terms of brilliance and uniformity of color and clarity. Adams Granite further guarantees that the work completed on this monument, including but not limited to sawing, polishing, hand tooling, sandblast and sculpting is of the highest quality available today. Adams Granite certifies that this monument was inspected in our plant prior to shipping and is free from defects such as chipping, cracking and staining.

This certification is valid in perpetuity and is extended to the original purchaser and/or their assignees. Adams Granite will replace without charge any domestically produced stone that does not conform to this guarantee. We pledge that the replacement will be of the highest quality pursuant to paragraph one and will be as identical as possible to the original monument. This guarantee covers costs related to the replacement monument.

This guarantee is limited to the quality of the stone and craftsmanship at Adams Granite. Adams will not be liable for vandalism, accumulation of dirt, lack of or poor maintenance, flood, atmospheric conditions or other acts of nature.

Barre Granite Association (Barre Guild) Seal and Certificate of Guarantee

The Barre Granite Association, Inc warrants that the granite portion of your “Barre Guild” product has been manufactured to the highest quality standards by a member firm of the Association and is free from defects in material and workmanship such as seams or cracks. The Association will repair or replace, at its option, any granite portion of a “Barre Guild” product that does not conform with this warranty in the event that the Association member is out of business, insolvent or otherwise financially incapable of honoring the warranty. The warranty is valid in perpetuity.
